How long does delivery take?
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes. Every order includes tracking, so you can keep an eye on your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order with your order number.
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible so we can get them to you without unnecessary delays. Once your order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we're unfortunately unable to guarantee cancellations or changes.
